Absolutely. We service heat pumps from most major manufacturers, even if they were installed by another company, as long as the system is safe and accessible. Please check our T&Cs for which heat pump brands we are able to service.
We’ll explain the issue clearly and advise on next steps. No work is carried out without your approval, and any additional work is quoted before proceeding.
A one-off service covers a single visit. A servicing plan spreads the cost monthly and includes ongoing support, reminders, and additional benefits depending on the plan.
No. Our servicing plans are not insurance products and don’t automatically include call-outs or repairs. They’re simply a convenient way to spread the cost of your annual heat pump (and cylinder, if applicable) service, with added support benefits.
