Very respectful clean and tidy

I am a retired heating engineer and i ran my own company for 37 years so i speak from experience when i recommend this company.Everyone that i spoke to was both knowledgeable and helpful . I will mention in particular Gav, Neil, Tom and Rys as these were the guys who installed the system. They showed the utmost consideration toward my wife who has dementia and requires three carers visits daily. They planed their work so as to cause the least amount of inconvenience and upheaval when the carers visited. They also carried out a very professional neat and tidy installation and i am very happy with the entire operation.

A great team. Who did an excellent job fitting our heatpump in a victorian house- from start to finish the support and work has been great and I have felt very informed at all stages. They did a full assessment of the house initially to be sure I had the best heatpump to work most efficiently for the house. The after support has been fantastic aswell Particularly Lewis.

Installio have been a really excellent team. Their survey work was first-class; they immediately picked up all the potential issues about installing a heat pump in the slightly unorthodox layout of our house, and devised solutions to them very quickly. The installation itself was very smooth; every member of the team was courteous, considerate, efficient and tidy, and they kept us informed throughout about progress. The team have also been patient and clear in educating us in how to adjust the operation of our system to suit our needs, and they have been assiduous in following up on, and resolving the teething problems as the system went into operation. We can't recommend them too highly.

We're really happy with our new system and now get 24/7 heating over the colder months for a similar monthly energy spend than our gas boiler on a heavily reduced timer schedule. Mental! I live in a barn conversion and wanted to change my old oil boiler to an air source heat pump. I had several of the "larger" companies visit and they were very vague on installation specifics and system design and could see issues on pipe size and heat pump location. Installio came out (Octopus Recommended) and the surveyor immediately spotted the solution which was simple and logical and involved minimal disruption. I felt that he was an engineer / plumber as opposed to a sales person so solved the problem. Excellent report, heat loss documentation and answers to follow up questions. Good value for money too. I decided to go with them. Installers arrived on the day they were booked and on time. They worked exceptionally hard putting in 10 hour days (electrician worked for 12 hours to get it wired in over a one day period) All people on site were polite and articulate and explained what they were doing and why. They were neat and tidy and put down loads of carpet protectors etc. Neat and tidy installation and neat pipework runs etc. 5 radiators changed and all look good and not obtrusive. Install went in during one of the heat waves so they could not set the radiators up but got the system working and the hot water is excellent and has been spot on for the last 3 weeks. Installio are coming back out in October to set up the radiators. Good head office follow up and communication and subsequent paperwork. I have had a Grant Aerona R290 15kw heat pump installed and it looks and feels powerful. Particularly pleased with Grant who have a good web site and an excellent help line. I chatted to the advisor and he was really helpful talking through heat pump settings, how it runs and options for tariff etc. Good app and system controls. Not had the radiators on yet as winter is a few months away so will try and update this on central heating performance but to date Installio have been faultless and come highly recommended from me.

What a brilliant service I recently received. Very tidy and professional. Was so happy with what was done and explained to me through the job. Would highly recommend if you need an air a live heat pump system installed could not fault the team. I approached Will with a challenging task to install heatpump in our house with in 7days. He was readily up for challenge. Quickly put together a professional plan. Explained all phases and completed install with in 4 working days. On site installation team Gavin, Rhys and Tom were thorough professionals and did a fantastic job. Tommy electrician did a fabulous work too. Would 100% recommend installio to anyone.

Craig designed a large and sophisticated heat-pump system with a huge hot water storage facility. His Installio team worked hard and to a high standard. They actually finished ahead of schedule. The installation required floorboards to be lifted in every upstairs room. Crucially, we and they managed to live and work beside each other without any problems. We could not have hoped for a nicer team.

I have an air source heat pump! Getting to the install date wasn't straightforward (speak to UKPower Net about that....) but as I was told; there are no problems, just solutions. From the first meeting I felt comfortable (single, mature person) and well informed. It was refreshing to have team members turn up on scheduled days, on time and carry out the work in a very professional and friendly manner. I felt engaged with the whole process plus they offer post install support. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Installio were great from the start. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful, no one pressured me at all, their quote process is really good, online and with Google earth images of the top of my house with solar panels mocked up on it, you name it. The installation is tidy, they were super respectful of the house and garden while carrying it out, and the system is working great. I’ve recommended them to lots of people already!

Installio have fitted my ASHP this week and I honestly could not have asked for a better company to carry out this work on our home. The contact with Will regarding the proposal and Rob for the heat loss survey was great, speaking to them both to get the best system installed. The day came to start the install and I met Gavin, Tom and Rhys. These guys were the best install team by far. Exceptional knowledge and attention to detail when completing the install whilst also treating our home like their own. The team constantly kept the space clean and tidy. They also were happy to discuss any queries I had and accommodate any changes that I requested where possible. All in all I am extremely happy with everyone I have dealt with at Installio, and the end product of my ASHP being installed to such a high standard whilst also being incredibly neat! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Installio to anyone as they were simply fantastic!

From the first survey to the final handover everything was clearly explained, with no pressure and no hidden extras added to the original quote, which made budgeting straightforward and gave real confidence in the price. The engineers who carried out the install were excellent: punctual, tidy, and clearly knew what they were doing. They talked us through each stage, answered every question, and left the property spotless once the work was finished. The whole process, from initial survey to completed installation, moved much faster than we expected, with good communication throughout so we always knew what was happening and when. Since the install, the system has been monitored and supported well, and any questions we've had afterwards have been answered promptly. I recently moved in to my house and decided to have solar panels with batteries fitted. I had Instillio do the installing. I found that the team worked well together and was respectfull of my property. When finished, everything was working fine and they took the time to help me download app and explain the system to me. Fantastic! Job more challenging than expected with lots of work in a difficult sub-floor environment and an extra long exterior pipe run to fit from garden heat pump to sub floor tank. Installio fitted a Vaillant aroTherm 7 kW last February to replace an oil boiler in my 3 bed Bungalow originally built in 1930s with 60's and noughties extensions with an electric Aga which pushes out 28 kW of heat a day in to the kitchen and living room to further complicate the design, and sizing the ASHP to future proof things if the Aga is removed in the future as it is expensive to run. Using the old solar hot water cylinder and changing a couple of radiators, to make the ASHP to work more efficiently, the price was no more expensive than a new boiler, and makes less noise than the old boiler and is cheaper to run even with keeping the same temperature 24 hours a day.
