How we run retrofit delivery

Installio is built to manage delivery at programme scale. Our model brings structure, consistency and oversight across every installation, helping partners reduce operational risk while keeping the homeowner experience smooth and well managed.

Mobilisation built for rollout

We mobilise with clear planning, structured onboarding and the right delivery controls in place from day one. This creates a stable foundation for programme delivery and supports predictable performance as volumes increase.

Quality assurance built into delivery

Quality isn’t left to chance. Our delivery model includes defined checks, clear standards and on-site verification to support consistent outcomes and reduce rework across every home.

Visibility and reporting throughout

Partners need confidence during delivery, not only at the end. Our approach keeps progress and documentation visible throughout the programme, supporting reporting readiness and easier programme management at scale.

Technology built for programme control and assurance

Installio’s technology supports retrofit delivery at volume by connecting on-site execution with central operational oversight. Our connected tools bring governance, assurance and audit-ready evidence capture into day-to-day delivery, helping partners maintain visibility, reduce risk and report with confidence across every home and every programme.

OMS

Programme delivery oversight, scheduling and reporting visibility

Our OMS software provides structured mobilisation, scheduling and programme-level coordination across delivery. It brings clarity across pipelines, progress and documentation, helping partners stay informed and supporting consistent rollout across regions.

Installio’s delivery model is designed to support procurement confidence. We embed governance, quality assurance and compliance workflows throughout delivery, helping partners reduce risk and maintain consistent standards across every programme.

Programme-led governance

We apply a structured delivery approach with clear controls, responsibilities and defined processes that support stability as programme volume increases.

Quality and compliance workflows

On-site verification, quality checks and documentation standards are built into how we run delivery, supporting right-first-time outcomes and consistent compliance across measures.
