Andrew manages our installer teams across the South Central counties. Formerly with Grant Heat Pumps, he brings strong technical grounding and calm, hands-on leadership to every project.

With 20 years on the tools and previously Heat Pump Lead at Plug Me In, Gavin runs end-to-end delivery across East Anglia. He blends deep technical skill with a practical, no-nonsense approach.

With 18 years in the industry and formerly leading Aira’s heat pump team, Rob has overseen 1,000+ installs. A technical specialist with uncompromising standards, he drives quality across all operations.

Jack designs the survey and technical workflows that keep installs smooth and consistent. His work enables Installio to scale nationally while maintaining top-tier quality and efficiency.

After serving in the RAF, Jay moved into heat pumps with the same disciplined, results-driven mindset. He knows exactly what a quality install requires and pushes his teams to meet that bar. Jay leads the South West with a focus on precision, organisation and reliable execution.

Alfie joined us from Aira, where he worked closely with our Founder Rob. Known for sharp technical judgement, strong problem-solving and tight on-site control, he leads the South of London region with a high-standards approach and a focus on efficient, consistent delivery.
