The team have been very professional. Work has been efficient and tidily completed.

Kevin and lewis were wonderful. Very efficient. Good pipework.

Installio were great from the start. Everyone I spoke to was knowledgeable and helpful, no one pressured me at all, their quote process is really good, online and with Google earth images of the top of my house with solar panels mocked up on it, you name it. The installation is tidy, they were super respectful of the house and garden while carrying it out, and the system is working great. I’ve recommended them to lots of people already!

Craig designed a large and sophisticated heat-pump system with a huge hot water storage facility. His Installio team worked hard and to a high standard. They actually finished ahead of schedule. The installation required floorboards to be lifted in every upstairs room. Crucially, we and they managed to live and work beside each other without any problems. We could not have hoped for a nicer team.

Excellent service and communication throughout. Highly recommend

Installio were incredibly efficient from initial detailed survey to completed installation. They did the work with the minimum of fuss and did a great clear up afterwards. We are delighted with the result and now have a warm flat that has lost its previous mustiness. Thank you Installio!🐬🌈👍

Installio have fitted my ASHP this week and I honestly could not have asked for a better company to carry out this work on our home. The contact with Will regarding the proposal and Rob for the heat loss survey was great, speaking to them both to get the best system installed. The day came to start the install and I met Gavin, Tom and Rhys. These guys were the best install team by far. Exceptional knowledge and attention to detail when completing the install whilst also treating our home like their own. The team constantly kept the space clean and tidy. They also were happy to discuss any queries I had and accommodate any changes that I requested where possible. All in all I am extremely happy with everyone I have dealt with at Installio, and the end product of my ASHP being installed to such a high standard whilst also being incredibly neat! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Installio to anyone as they were simply fantastic!

Very respectful clean and tidy

Fantastic service from beginning to end with this company. Considerate and competent installation and helpful back up when questions arose. Highly recommended.

Fantastic! Job more challenging than expected with lots of work in a difficult sub-floor environment and an extra long exterior pipe run to fit from garden heat pump to sub floor tank. Simon, Tom, Tommy, Andrew and Jack have all been great : highly professional, diligent and friendly and we are extremely happy with the results. Thanks again guys!

Excellent experience, highly recommend

Very professional and friendly bunch of guys, everything was installed very neatly and everything was left very clean and tidy. Very happy with the whole experience, and huge thanks to all the installation team!

Excellent team. Very tidy.

We had our heat pump installed by Installio and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the initial consultation through to completion, communication was excellent - every question was answered promptly and clearly, and we were kept fully informed at each stage of the process. The installation itself was carried out to a very high standard, with the team showing real attention to detail and professionalism throughout. We’d have no hesitation recommending Installio to anyone considering a heat pump installation.

It was a bigger task than expected but the team showed excellent dedication to reach completion

Excellent service from the hole team from start to finish

All installers where great explained everything and made sure it all worked perfectly

Brilliant service end to end. The whole process was smooth and the customer service great. Installation was quick and they cleaned up everything. Highly recommend!

Fantastic installers - grafted all day , very tidy workmanship.

I was very happy with my experience with Installio. I got many more panels and a much bigger battery with them than I would have got from the other company that quoted me. The quote process was easy and the team kept me abreast of any issues or changes ahead the installation. The team who installed the system were very friendly and professional and the whole process was quick and painless. Their use of IT made the process of providing me with documents and enabling payment made things simple there too. I’m delighted with the energy savings I’m making and would recommend Installio to family and friends

Absolutely outstanding heat pump installation – professional, efficient and faultless from start to finish

What a brilliant service I recently received. Very tidy and professional. Was so happy with what was done and explained to me through the job. Would highly recommend if you need an air a live heat pump system installed could not fault the team. Was very polite from the get go to the very end and made me feel so comfortable through out the job.

Installio have been a really excellent team. Their survey work was first-class; they immediately picked up all the potential issues about installing a heat pump in the slightly unorthodox layout of our house, and devised solutions to them very quickly. The installation itself was very smooth; every member of the team was courteous, considerate, efficient and tidy, and they kept us informed throughout about progress. The team have also been patient and clear in educating us in how to adjust the operation of our system to suit our needs, and they have been assiduous in following up on, and resolving the teething problems as the system went into operation. We can't recommend them too highly.

Installio fitted a Vaillant aroTherm 7 kW last February to replace an oil boiler in my 3 bed Bungalow originally built in 1930s with 60's and noughties extensions with an electric Aga which pushes out 28 kW of heat a day in to the kitchen and living room to further complicate the design, and sizing the ASHP to future proof things if the Aga is removed in the future as it is expensive to run. Using the old solar hot water cylinder and changing a couple of radiators, to make the ASHP to work more efficiently, the price was no more expensive than a new boiler, and makes less noise than the old boiler and is cheaper to run even with keeping the same temperature 24 hours a day.

Smooth amprocess and guys worked hard and were most respectful. Thank you!

We've had a great experience with Installio. From their extensive heat loss survey to their meticulous heat pump system design process : everyone on their team was highly knowledgeable, professional and absolutely committed to delivering a heat pump system that is well-designed and operates as intended. They also put up with our endless questions and seemed genuinely excited by what they're doing. We're really happy with our new system and now get 24/7 heating over the colder months for a similar monthly energy spend than our gas boiler on a heavily reduced timer schedule. Mental! If you're going to get a heat pump system, you need a highly competent, reliable installer and these guys are a great option. 5/5

Very positive a great friendly team and very competant

Entirely professional, polite guys which made the whole experience fantastic from start to finish! Have them back anytime. Install looks amazing!

Very happy with the installation. Everything went smoothly, the installers were very friendly and professional and have done a great job.

The team were really friendly and helpful

Really impressed, will recommend

Very helpful guys. No complaints st all.

Everything went better than expected and team was highly experienced and friendly

Amazing solar install. Really pleased with the end result but even more impressed with the service. Communication was clear and effective from day one, that is rare!

I recently moved in to my house and decided to have solar panels with batteries fitted. I had Instillio do the installing. I found that the team worked well together and was respectfull of my property. When finished, everything was working fine and they took the time to help me download app and explain the system to me. They were a great team nice and friendly.

A great team. Who did an excellent job fitting our heatpump in a victorian house- from start to finish the support and work has been great and I have felt very informed at all stages. They did a full assessment of the house initially to be sure I had the best heatpump to work most efficiently for the house. The after support has been fantastic aswell Particularly Lewis.

Great and knowledgeable team. Happy camaraderie always appreciated.

Great experience with Installio. The team was professional and got my heat pump installed quickly—in just two days. I’m very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them!

Install team have been great. They have explained every step of the way what is happening and the workmanship is excellent. They have gone through how the system works and made it all really easy.

Great job, very happy

Lewis and Josh were both very professional, polite, helpful and hard working. They tidied up beautifully and explained everything clearly.

Really pleased with the heat pump installation Installio did for us. From the first survey to the final handover everything was clearly explained, with no pressure and no hidden extras added to the original quote, which made budgeting straightforward and gave real confidence in the price. The engineers who carried out the install were excellent: punctual, tidy, and clearly knew what they were doing. They talked us through each stage, answered every question, and left the property spotless once the work was finished. The whole process, from initial survey to completed installation, moved much faster than we expected, with good communication throughout so we always knew what was happening and when. Since the install, the system has been monitored and supported well, and any questions we've had afterwards have been answered promptly. It's clear Installio think about the whole journey, not just the installation day itself. Would happily recommend them to anyone considering a heat pump.

Very happy with the service. Rob was knowledgeable and the guys completed the work efficiently. Would happily recommend

We've had a fantastic experience with Installio. From their extensive heat loss survey (at our Victorian-era flat) to their incredible heat pump system design process : everyone on their team was highly knowledgeable, professional and, most importantly, absolutely committed to delivering a heat pump system that is well-designed and operates as intended (i.e. saving us money and significantly improving comfort in our home). Thanks again Installio team!

Installio was efficient and professional. The heat pump installation was completed on time, and everything seems to be working perfectly

Very good and efficient experience. Was guided through every step clearly.

Brilliant service, great guys really happy

Great all really helpful

I am a retired heating engineer and i ran my own company for 37 years so i speak from experience when i recommend this company.Everyone that i spoke to was both knowledgeable and helpful . I will mention in particular Gav, Neil, Tom and Rys as these were the guys who installed the system. They showed the utmost consideration toward my wife who has dementia and requires three carers visits daily. They planed their work so as to cause the least amount of inconvenience and upheaval when the carers visited. They also carried out a very professional neat and tidy installation and i am very happy with the entire operation.

Helpful team with good updates.

The whole install and team were fantastic could not be happier with the install The team were great!

The whole process was so fast and easy. In just over two days, my heat pump was up and running, and I couldn’t be happier. The installers were great to have around. I’m really happy with my new heat pump!

I approached Will with a challenging task to install heatpump in our house with in 7days. He was readily up for challenge. Quickly put together a professional plan. Explained all phases and completed install with in 4 working days. On site installation team Gavin, Rhys and Tom were thorough professionals and did a fantastic job. Tommy electrician did a fabulous work too. Would 100% recommend installio to anyone.

Rob, Tom and Rhys did a great job. They were very conscientious about being neat and tidy and checked at any point there were decisions to be made about alternative options. They were also very friendly and a pleasure to have in the house for 4 days! I would happily recommend them to anyone else to do their installation.

A very hard working, friendly team. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Excellent job by their team. Quick and efficient. Courteous people too. Was easy to arrange. V good experience for such a new company

From the first contact to the design visit with a detailed explanation of our options and the recommendations for the optimum system for our circumstances to the swift installation it was a great experience from Installio and their installation team. I can whole heartily recommend Installio and their excellent service.

We had a fantastic experience with Installio! From the extensive survey at the beginning to the really professional installation, the team were great. Our flat is now cosy and warm!

Amazing experience - very responsive, professional, got the job done quickly and efficiently. Definitely would recommend!

I live in a barn conversion and wanted to change my old oil boiler to an air source heat pump. I had several of the "larger" companies visit and they were very vague on installation specifics and system design and could see issues on pipe size and heat pump location. Installio came out (Octopus Recommended) and the surveyor immediately spotted the solution which was simple and logical and involved minimal disruption. I felt that he was an engineer / plumber as opposed to a sales person so solved the problem. Excellent report, heat loss documentation and answers to follow up questions. Good value for money too. I decided to go with them. Installers arrived on the day they were booked and on time. They worked exceptionally hard putting in 10 hour days (electrician worked for 12 hours to get it wired in over a one day period) All people on site were polite and articulate and explained what they were doing and why. They were neat and tidy and put down loads of carpet protectors etc. Neat and tidy installation and neat pipework runs etc. 5 radiators changed and all look good and not obtrusive. Install went in during one of the heat waves so they could not set the radiators up but got the system working and the hot water is excellent and has been spot on for the last 3 weeks. Installio are coming back out in October to set up the radiators. Good head office follow up and communication and subsequent paperwork. I have had a Grant Aerona R290 15kw heat pump installed and it looks and feels powerful. Particularly pleased with Grant who have a good web site and an excellent help line. I chatted to the advisor and he was really helpful talking through heat pump settings, how it runs and options for tariff etc. Good app and system controls. Not had the radiators on yet as winter is a few months away so will try and update this on central heating performance but to date Installio have been faultless and come highly recommended from me.

I would definitely recommend your services

Super helpful team, really friendly, informative and happy to adapt and change as the install went along. Would highly recommend installio based on our experience and the team

I have an air source heat pump! Getting to the install date wasn't straightforward (speak to UKPower Net about that....) but as I was told; there are no problems, just solutions. From the first meeting I felt comfortable (single, mature person) and well informed. It was refreshing to have team members turn up on scheduled days, on time and carry out the work in a very professional and friendly manner. I felt engaged with the whole process plus they offer post install support. No hesitation in recommending this company.

Absolutely perfect installation team, highly professional and knowledgeable, my wife and I felt at ease and valued. A special note, we appreciated the professionalism and personal approach of the installation team. Alway feeling a high level of confidence in the work and team. We hope the team shall be recognised for the value of this to the company.

I just want to say how brilliant the Installio team have been in the process of planning and installing my heat pump. I actually switched provider from another company because I felt really unsupported in the process and the way that the Installio team have explained, reassured and helped has been above and beyond. Thank you so much, highly recommend. In fact I am already recommending to anyone who asks! If you're thinking about switching to a heat pump, these are your people! Thanks for everything xx

Friendly, courteous, helpful, diligent.

Exceptional install team , approachable and easy to talk to . Explained everything to us and we are over the moon. We would definitely recommend to others

Team were excellent. Really efficient. Very considerate and helpful.
